Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Maison.Ox.Privé collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the site, request membership, or place an order. It is written for U.S. visitors, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

Information we collect

You give us name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, account details, and messages to concierge. When you pay, Shopify and the payment processor collect card or wallet data. We do not store full card numbers.

We also receive device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies) and, if you allow it, marketing preferences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

We use this information to run the club, fill orders, prevent fraud, meet the law, and—if you opt in—send letters from the Maison. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Transactional mail about an order or account will still be sent.

Sharing

We share information with Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and other vendors who need it to provide their service. We may share it if the law requires, or in a sale of the business. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used in California law. To opt out of any future sale or share, email support@maisonoxprive.com with the subject “Do not sell or share.”

Your rights

Subject to the law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and you may appeal a refusal. California residents also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights. Email support@maisonoxprive.com. We will verify the request before we act. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
