Guarantee

Every piece offered by Maison.Ox.Privé is reviewed before it is shown to members. We buy and consign only from sources we trust, then inspect construction, hardware, leather or fabric, lining, date codes or serials, and the documents that travel with the piece.

If we cannot stand behind an item, it does not enter the catalog.

What you receive

Where the maison issued them, you receive the original box, dust bag, authenticity card, and any remaining papers. Vintage and archive pieces may no longer have a full set; the product page will say so. We photograph honest wear. We do not restore a piece in a way that hides its age.

If a question remains

Write to concierge before you buy if you want more photographs or a note on provenance. After delivery, if you believe a piece is not as described, contact us within 48 hours and keep the item unused. We will take it back, refund you, and withdraw it from sale.
